Doctors and staff at Beacon Medical Practice are always interested to know what you think of the services we offer. We positively welcome your views as our aim is to offer you the best possible service. Favourable comments are always welcome and suggestions appreciated. Complaints and concerns will always be taken seriously and followed up.
Please note that all incoming and outgoing calls at Beacon Medical Practice are being recorded for quality control and training purposes.
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from Doctors, Nurses or any member of Staff working in our Practice, please let us know.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned.
If your problems cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible – ideally, within a matter of days or at the most a few weeks – because this will enable us to establish what happened more easily.
